Hi All, I received the email about the notice to appear for oath of citizenship. It says that it’s a virtual ceremony scheduled for next Monday but I don’t see the Zoom link in the letter. Will be the Zoom link be sent on the morning of the ceremony? Does anyone know? Thanks!

Update: The invite did come late Friday and I am a citizen now after taking oath this morning. I did call IRCC contact centre and asked the agent to request the office to re-send the invite and they did it!

I have applied for Citizenship application in March. I got my AOR on March 26th and Last updated date on my application is March31st. there is no update after that. I have applied online. Any suggestions.
I have sent a webform for enquiry. 3 weeks back got a reply saying that it will be forwarded to my case officer. No update on my application after that too.

That's an awfully long time to have no updates after AOR.

Strange issue. On Sep 5, I got an update on my account that my oath had been scheduled for October 4. On Sep 14, it has now updated to October 12 instead. Should I be worried? Has this happened to anyone else?

I also have a trip planned around Oct 21 and will require my canadian passport to travel. I opted for e-certificate and will apply for urgent processing, will this be enough time? Is it possible for the date to shift again?

Same happened here. Have you received email confirmation or got any other update if u called? I heard oath cant be scheduled earlier...people can only request to postpone

I did not get an email confirmation. When I called they mentioned they only see the 12th, no mention of the 4th and it should stay this way. Waiting for the email now and hoping for no further delays.
I logged an enquiry just in case asking about it but not expecting a response any time soon.

Yes, I am the same link you shared. No update on my application. I have sent a couple of Webform Inquiry and yesterday requested for GMCS notes.

Wait for GCMS notes, it's strange they haven't sent you the test invite.

I did mention the trip. I believe my case processing center is Sydney.

Amazing. I did the test the same day and no update after. I requested GCSM notes and got it only to show the file wasn’t touched after completing the test.

Any Indian-origin March applicants whose LPP not completed even after 3 months. My test was completed in the first week of June, but LPP not completed yet. I am wondering if the ongoing India-Canada issue is delaying my application.

My test was end of May and my LPP completed less than two weeks ago. I am not Indian, so I doubt it has anything to do with what you’re thinking.
