I just called IRCC and it's the same old story, just wait. This has to be the worst managed agency of the government. There's no transparency, the people they serve have no idea what the heck is going on, and they don't seem to realize this is people's lives that they are messing around with.

I just finished giving my virtual oath. Waiting for certificate now! Thank you everyone for your kind support and words of encouragement. It’s been stressful but there is always an ending to any road that seems to go endlessly. Stay positive!

Just got my certificate this morning. :) My immigration journey ends today.

Thank you all for sharing your kindness and support in these tough waiting moments. I will always cherish this forum as a safe haven from depressing thoughts about applications taking forever. It took me 2 exact years to become a citizen since application.

those of you waiting: good luck to you and don’t lose hope. The tunnel eventually ends and there is light awaiting on the other side!

going to apply for my passport this week and seal the deal by doing some travelling. Hope to see you all with your canadian passports!

Wow its inspiring..Its been 7 months no update on my application
Honestly not sure why its taking so long
Prohibition not started yet as per my ATIP this is a joke
