Same here. I guess the BG is delayed by the strike and we all have to give the test anyway, so they're scheduling tests in parallel?

BG is handled by the NS office. Test, interview, oath handled by the local office. People have even got RQ after the test. When your BG completes totally depends on how uncomplicated your BG really is and on your luck - how fast the people working on your file work on your file.
