I just called IRCC, as I am about to apply for a job, and thought it might be good to include updates suggesting a "promised" PR status. I was told my background verification has passed, and my eligibility is "recommended pass". Indeed sounds like good news?

OUTLAND / EE FSW (no PNP)
ITA: Jan-18th
Application: Mar-14th
AOR: Mar-14th
Still no news. Should I be worried? It's been more than a month without an update and I thought the waiting time between AOR and MEP was 20 days. My medical exam was done upfront (Feb 2nd)
Hello. My tracker account shows everything as completed and COPR document number is also generated and there was ghost update on GC key account too. But now in my GC key account "Review of additional documents" is showing as "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided". Has this occurred with someone or has someone seen anything like this before?

Congratulations to you, it is definitely good news Lucky for you to even get thru to them. After all the IVR selections, I usually get we are too busy and then they cut the call lol

Thank you! I did try 3 times to fianlly get through the call (~9/10/11am). I saw a post suggesting to call them either right at 8am or 3-4pm for a better chance.
Don't worry about it @MilaM and @littlestar19 IRCC processing is quite random. Sometimes people who get their medicals passed on a later date get their PPR earlier than other candidates. Also, you are not very much behind I think they are processing medicals for people with AORs around March 16.
@tianlu777 which number did you call IRCC at? I cannot find their number
