BC, ON are good for job opportunities. Alberta isn't going to be a good choice for it. But, the real estate market is crazier than Alberta. I generally like BC's weather.
Personally for me, Alberta pros were:
1. Low cost home
2. Decently large city with not so high cost of living (Calgary is pretty decent)
3. Friends - I've a lot of friends in Calgary (and some co-workers)
4. Get to scale my side hustles and not worry too much about COL
Cons for Alberta:
1. Weather isn't as nice as what I'd get in BC
2. A little less BC type culture (although that applies way more to cities like Edmonton than Calgary)
3. I'll have to fly 3-4 times a year to BC and ON to meet my reports and rest of the team

Halifax, NS also looks very charming but it appears to be more expensive than Ottawa and I don’t think it is worth it. I would rather be in the capital city at a lower price.

yeah, that's a personal choice. Personally, I'm a very quiet person and I don't really need a city life, I like it quiet and work on stuff
But I do see that most immigrants get depressed by the level of loneliness they come across in non GTA/GVA areas. If that's something that bothers them, I'd not recommend moving to other places.

Yes, absolutely normal, most people with AOR post March 11th haven't received moved to the MP/BIL stage. It can take up to 1.5 months go get there. But because they have already done some March 11 AORs I hope we will get an update next week. I am March 14 AOR. Also to keep in mind is that Easter is next week, so I think they will be closed on Friday.

1) Is it expected to have a different status for Eligibility for PA and Dependent?
2) Does the eligibility status under GC change to Passed ? or change to completed ?
