I was able to create my account the next day after my UCI was updated. It may vary though, likely taking a few days.

So, for me also Same "BKGRND verification in progress"
Elgibility not started.
Finally, timestamp also changed from Mar 20 -> Apr 19

AOR 23rd March, UCI/BIO linked 4th April. Got my background check in process. But it is weird since my medical and eligibility were not even started. I thought a Background check should be the last one after all the other stages passed.

Maybe they are doing it first because CBSA isn't on strike, dunno just a random thought or perhaps we are in the last stage!

There's no chronological order for Eligbility and BGS. Even before my R10 pass, I had background and eligbility "in progress". I think we are at a point in where we know that unless those statuses says "completed" or "ADR", they are sort of meaningless

If you read the old threads on IP1, IP2, etc - you'll see how it used to go from "in progress" to "not started" as the former was the default state in GCkey.

Nope, it all depends on the stream you applied for. My BGC, Medical and Biometrics are all Completed and my Eligibility has not started yet.

Wow guys my eligibility just changed from "not started" to "completed" today. Yes IRCC is still working and they had a very busy day too! Maybe all the managers are on strike an all the actual employees have more time to focus on cases instead of dealing with office politics . Idk... but there has been a lot of updates today it seems.

Also my biometrics and background have changed to "in progress". I am so happy!

I am not complaining but I find it weird that my biometrics says in progress. I already did my fingerprints and photo. What else do they need to complete this?
Also, Background is my biggest fear because I have a humongous travel history with over 50 trips in the last 10 years.
