Truly speaking, it means nothing. The might've moved your application forward or maybe nothing happened. Ignore it unless there's an ADR or an actual new message in your GCkey.

Yes, you are right. However, i personally feel this voluminous strike can’t go on for long for obvious reasons. Fingers crossed. Let’s hope for the best

If submitted in Canada, then likely to be delayed. Only Visa Offices in other countries will be working as normal per the news.

I submitted in US but it seems they sent it to IRCC in Canada yesterday.
