Posted today and got update today as well:
CRS - 440
ITA - Feb 13. 2021
AOR - March 2, 2021
Medicals passed - Mar 17, 2021 (I took medical exam on March 1, 2021)
Biometrics Completed - Mar 22, 2021


I heard a system called Ecas and tried to use it. However, id numbers I have are a bit different with examples provided by IRCC.
They said

0000-0000 or 00-0000-0000 for UCI number (I don't have any hyphen on my number and I tried inserting hyphen, but it did not work)

Example: B000000000 or EP00000000 for application number. (I only have E and it also did not match)

Neither of my id numbers have been matched with their system.

How can I access to Ecas?

Not sure bro I don't what that is, but if u get any ghost updates it's a good thing,

I see.. I got a ghost update at night on 8th Apr. Nothing after medical passed.

I also got an update a day later after I am done with Biometric but nothing visible. I think its about the Biometric details updated in the account (might be there is some delay in receiving the notification. Don't know if we get any email about that though)

Received an email 'Your application status has changes' on March 20, 2021, but when i checked, there is no changes.
MEP - March 19, 2021
Biometrics - updated March 19, 2021 (exempted)

Submitted RCMP on April 9, 2021
Called IRCC today and got some infos:
- RCMP has been received and it is ok at their end
- something in background check has been done and need time to be finalized
- eligibility and security not started yet
- VO: Sydney

Medical- we are reviewing the resuts of medical on aprl 9
Is anybody have any idea about medical, why it is showing reviewing , but other people got approved medical before the biometrics.

I had the same. I got BIL before MEP. I passed the medical exam today though so don't worry you'll get there soon!
