Does it show in process for both?
I wonder why some applicants get in process next day.
Also for most there would be 3rd line but seems they are still updating. watch out for 3rd line for "processing started".

I am March 5th Applicant, and I still haven't received my AOR. I'm thinking of moving from Toronto to Vancouver, but I can't seem to figure out how I can update my address with CIC. Also, do you guys think that moving province would delay the application process further?

Personally I think it will delay. But you should receive your AOR anytime now or might take even 2 months as some Jan applications are still awaiting their AOR. I hope you have provided your correct email address in the application.
If I were you, I would not bother about changing the address & if it's beneficial to move I would move. The AOR would come in the email, once in ecas I would change the address online.

Possibly they realized that they are working little faster than they originally planned during the pandemic hence they are now applying brakes to avoid speeding.
