Is there anyway to call IRCC from US ?

Hi! I just got another ghost update. The last ghost update I received was in September after which I applied for GCMS notes and got to know that my case status was approved.
But now for todays ghost update I am confused that what might be the reason.
Does anybody know what can be the cause?

I got my GSCM notes. Looks like there is no change since July, not even a new person was assigned to my case Also, something strange has happened with these notes. I can't check the "Activity" sections because the beginning of that part is marked as "out of scope" and after that note, a page saying "Pages 183 to 241 are not relevant" is added. Is that normal? Any thoughts @legalfalcon ?

Called IRCC for update on my application and everything is passed and security is u/p
but last time everything was passed and criminality u/p and
also got to know today that the application will be finalized once that is done; everything is in order.

Hi @legalfalcon ....i did my medicals in the month of February 2020 and on my application it's updated passed in June 2020 so if I receive COPR (assuming) till when will it be valued Feb 2021 or June 2021?

There has been a long discussion on this. See the thread #4,335

The medicals have to be valid when the applicant lands in Canada as well as when the application is filed.

However, when IRCC send the PPR, and when the PRv & COPR is issued is cannot be issued beyond the medical expiry date or the passport expiry date, which ever is earlier.

Even if the medicals are valid for a longer duration, the PR visa & COPR can have a shorter validity. Usually the PR visa is not issued for more than 6 months.

So wait for the COPR and PRV, that will make things clear.

No one known what a ghost update signifies.

It indicates a movement, rest everything is a speculation.

Lately IRCC is sending out many notes with such blanked out pages.
