Yes it is more than a year after AOR (16 months). I called them. They say everything is fine and please wait.
Still in process after 16 months.

We could not even predict this much suffer from immigration office.

V true quite unfair processing. Some People applied in January 2019 Scarborough complete their process in July. V v random n unfair luck based.

Finally took the Oath yesterday. The process was long and emotionally demanding but finally got through. To everyone waiting, please hang in there, your time will come.
