March - 2018 Citizenship Applicants

Hi.. The forms are included in the email not in the attachment.. Just print the email and the forms get printed.
Forms that are included :
1. Permission Release and Consent
2. Prohibited Under the Citizenship Act.

I did print the whole email but what they included in the body of the email are just small pictures of the forms and I thought maybe it was my computer not opening the attachment properly. thanks for the replay

how long on average did you wait for FP request letter? My status says that it was sent to me on 25th of July and still nothing..

I got email. So it was same day. I don't think it would take 2 weeks to send a letter. Maybe wait few more days and then call them?!

email? that's surprising, usually it is regular mail. Thanks, I'll wait a bit and call them if I don't receive it

My application is in process since March 01 2018, still nothing after that.....
My husband's application was in process since March 08 2017 but he received a test date for August 16 2018
I am worried, how can I check what's going on with my application.

Discover Canada book is not send anymore. You must read pdf version or print it by yourself. I think that is about environmental issues.

Application received: March 12th
In Process: April 30th (I was randomly selected for fingerprints and other requirements)
Sent additional requirements: June 15th (ish)
Test date: July 24th

Nothing since then. ECAS still shows In Process and does not give any information regarding random selection or that I took my test. Therefore, I don't think anyone updates the online info, which is annoying as you can never get through when you call them.

Thanks. My In process was on May 01 and not even received test request yet. I am seeing similar status in the spreadsheet for other London applicants as well, who became IP around the same date. London Office is really slow!

It really is! Small office here compared to the big cities and add summer vacation to the mix and there's probably no one around to do anything with our applications. They are probably piled on someone's desk gathering dust until they return to work.

Let me know when you hear something and I will do the same with you. When I called IRCC, the recorded message said to contact us if your application has been in for 6 months or more (and is considered routine). So I'm calling on September 12th (6 months) if I do not hear anything.

My family are flying in on August 22nd for a week, so I thought it would be cool to have my ceremony when they are here. That's the only reason I'm kinda anxious to hear something.

Anyway, update me when you hear something. Hopefully it's soon!

If you put type of communication in your application is thru email, then you will receive in your inbox. That's what the CIC told me when I called them because it's been 10 days already still haven't received their letter.
