I am planning to send my CEC application in March 2014 but I have a confusion about Employer Reference Letter. Is it necessary that the JOB TITLE in my reference letter must be exactly same to the titles available on CIC website?

Actually the job title is not so important. The most important think is if your main duties and responsibilities match with your NOC number.

As per current processing time we should receive AOR within 25 to 30 days max.

BOWP depends on how you file your application (online / paper work), per my knowledge online application is quite fast approximate 20 to 25 days and paper work 25 to 30 days. However few people have got within 2 weeks in some cases, it all depends on officers and your current work permit expiry date.

AOR Trend

Looking at the AOR received dates of Feb applicants, to me NOC 3219, 1211 are receiving AOR by 21 days, other NOC like 2171, 2174 etc... have wait for 25 to 30 days.

Just my observation though
