Any one know what is the current lead time to get PCC from Indian Embasy, Toronto(through bls international)?

I got my PCC delivered within 2 weeks, however it depends on which place you reside (Eg: Metro cities) i got to know that if your passport address and current address are same, then its quite fast, but BLS guys give you 4-5 weeks time.

Yo congrats but You sure its CIC who charged you because many of Feb 2014 applicants are about to receive AOR. Received AOR in 2 weeks. Double check it.
