After 6 mths and 3 weeks we are finally IN PROCESS as of October 14!!!! My hubby arrived home this morning and on the early drive home (7:41am to be exact) we received an email!!!! ;D

and another week is (almost) passed and still waiting......i hope none of us have to go through a remedical.
the lvo timeline.....does it start from date of transfer or the date of aor from visa office?
Just wanna see where our "8" month limit would be, if a file is transferred in July to lvo.

Let's keep the hope! For us it's been 3.5 months and no word. If I know that he's coming for Christmas I would be ecstatic

Just posted in the Outland US thread, but some more good news for us. Received PPR today from CPP-Ottawa! I emailed them yesterday for an update not expecting anything in return, but awoke this morning to a reply in my inbox. I had to make sure I wasn't dreaming haha. They clearly stated in the email that, because my wife is from a visa exempt country, that only copies of the passport are required. This might be restricted to the CPP-Ottawa as other VOs in the US have specifically requested the physical passport.
Anyways, just wanted to spread the good news that March applications are moving and I hope you are next!
Between the slow visa offices, and no hockey, patience is wearing thin!
