Same here!! It doesn't show that the FBI letter has been rec'd but they did email us to say it was. Don't be discouraged by e-CAS... it really isn't updated with all the info

I JUST GOT COPR!!!! My wife an I are so excited, I can't believe the wait is finally over, almost 8 months.
The COPR letter just arrived in the mail, ecas never changed to 'in process' so I had no idea they were even working on it, it was a real surprise when it arrived in the mail today.

and the wait continues for PPR from Paris. Almost 4 months since file transfer back in July.
Sent them the updated PCCs and more proof of trips together in september, i wonder if it is even matched up in the file already.
What a long drag this turning out to be.
My wife is a Canadian living in India and I'm an Indian studying in the UK. We had applied for PR in March end with all documents. On Aug 3rd my wife received a mail stating that the PR is approved and the file is being sent to London visa office which we selected as I am living in the UK. Its coming close to 3 months as of Nov 3rd and have not heard anything from London VO and are a little worried mainly because my student visa will expire in Jan 2013 first week.
1) I was planing to request for GCMS notes as I have a friend in Canada. Will requesting for the electronic notes hamper or delay my file processing in London ?
2) Is it worth sending the London visa office a mail asking them the status and putting forward my issue regarding expiration of my visa ? Would this give the London office the idea of sending the files to the Delhi office as my visa expires and can they take a decision to do something like that or is it done with my consent?
I thought I'd join this thread and enjoy the waiting game with all of you fellow 'Marchers'. ;D
Here is my information:

Rec'd at CIC Mississagua: March 13, 2012 (processed in Ottawa)

Here's hoping for good news for everyone before Christmas!

Since my file seems to be being completely processed at CPP-Ottawa, and I'm terribly impatient, I decided to reach out to them via email again for an update (no update since PPR on October 19th). I emailed this morning and got another quick response.
They said "Thank you for your email, we are processing applications toward finalization on a daily basis, however, as we have a large volumes it could take another two to four weeks."
So, it looks like they're taking PPR pretty early, but it might take a longer amount of time to finalize things. At least for those wondering what's happening in Ottawa, they are doing something.
