Hi KJG, I have a question to ask of you for advice.
The PPR ltr i got requests for 3 things as follows:
1. payment of Right of Permanent Resident Fee by the sponser
2. PCC for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.
3. PPR.
My question is related to item no. 2.
I had worked on a Work Permit (S CLass Visa) in Singapore from mid- August 2009 to Feb 2010. I am 5 days short of completing 6 continuous months in Singapore. Do I still need to get the PCC from Singapore too and submit it along with the PPR.? Pls advice.

Thnks
If you can prove that you were there under the 6 months you will be safe...i.e. copy of plane ticket in and out of country....if you do not have solid proof that you were out of the country under 6 months I would be requesting a PCC
Thnks. I didnt complete a continuous 6 months cos I came back home to India in Oct 2009 for 1 week.
I do have all my plane tickets and boarding passes in tact. Should I send them in with the PP along with letter explaining the time frame?
or what was the name of the movie with Tom Hanks and the Fed-Ex plane goes down and he is alone (with Wilson of course!) on a desert island and you see all those boxes floating in the ocean????? LOL
