Good to see other applicants from Ankara. Our VO is also Ankara- we have just submitted our case.

I hope the timeline doesn't increase much, but at this point, not much news. Keeping fingers crossed!

Even though they moved all Damascus files to there, Ankara is still fast. I only want to have my sponsorship approval, the rest is easy for me.

Galip, fortunately they only transferred a portion of files from Damascus. From what I understood, they have distributed the files to different countries. I think they have transferred all files from Iran to Ankara. The rest to other visa offices like Tel Aviv, etc.

Yay! I bet you're so excited!! I heard that March applicants are beginning to get approval, so I snuck over to check things out =) I'm really hoping our app gets transferred to Los Angeles. Just curious, are you or your spouse located somewhere in the western US? I wonder how they decided to transfer files. My husband is in Arizona, so it'd be much easier for him to get to LA if an interview is needed.

It sure feels good to get approval. I am WAY less stressed out now. I totally feel at peace with waiting for Step 2. But before approval, the PR feels a lifetime away.

I feel bad for so many February people still waiting!

87 days is good. I got mine in 85. But if they change the numbers today I think it will get to 100 if they are honest.

It feels like there are two tracks going. Fast and slow. Maybe Ottawa is slow and Mississauga is fast? i don't know. I was approved in Mississauga.

Can you log-in to ecas? What do you see? We are STILL waiting for the letter. It was good hearing it over the phone but I want it in writing!
