Yung passport ng parents ko noong Nov. 2012 pa binigay. Nov. 2012 din sila nag-medical. Pa-expire na nga yung medical result nila. Sana ibigay na visa nila. Good luck sa ating lahat.
I need some advice regarding my husband case My husband sponsor his mother with his 1 sibling as dependent under family sponsorship, Sept. 30, 2013 they received their PPR and medical request ;D were so happy about that, but the problem is, his sibling gave birth last sept. 25, 2012, my question is do he need to declare the child now? is it not to late? if we do not declare the child, can his sibling will sponsor the child in the future to come to canada? his sibling doesn't married yet but the baby is using the father's surname...

Hi, yes the child has to be included otherwise it will not be possible for her to sponsor the child. I am just not sure if the sister of your husband will be given a visa provided her circumstances. I know someone who did not declare her child. She was also sponsored through family class as dependnt of her parents. Now, she is unable to get the child.

feb 27, 2013 nag start medical namin maam. then by end of april tapos na lahat ng test.. natagalan lang dahil sa mother ko na kelangan pa ng additional exam.

May tanong ako. Hindi ko kasi alam san magsisimula.. Dumating ako dito sa canada noong july 25, 2913 thru spousal sponsorship. Eh ngayon gusto ko sana isponsor yung parents ko na nasa pinas.. San ako magsisimula? And also, wala pa akong work til now. Would you suggest si hubby nalang magsponsor? Sana may makasagot sakin dito.. Salamat

Hi, Redtitot. Check mo muna ang LICO (Low Income Cut-Off) table. I think mas okay kung may work ka rin kasi ikaw ang primary na mag-sponsor tapos mag-sign ng undertaking yung asawa mo kung kulang ang income mo. Not sure kung pwede ang asawa mo ang primary nag mag-sponsor. Importante ma-meet nyo ang required na income. Hope this info helps you.

Sa first week ng Nov. 2013 expired na visa ng parents ko.
