August 2014 - Application Spousal Sponsorship, as of today March2015 - SA, DM, PPR, anytime soon we will have our CORP, but our kids application for Citizenship Certificate still unknown.
I called CIC to follow up and the agent advised was to apply for FACILITATION VISA.
I haven't had the pleasure but a "facilitation visa" is essentially a special category of TRV (single-entry). So you should simply apply for TRV(s) completing the type and category fields appropriately.

Hello there. Has anyone here heard and has the idea about facilitation visa for a minor child? Please let me know po. We desperately need help on this matter for my son , we are currently waiting for his proof of citizenship and the immigration advised us that while waiting we can apply her a facilitation visa, I just want to know if applying her a facilitation visa is a smart option or just wait for citizenship which we now waiting for less than a year already 4 months . please us advised Thank you
