Hey guys, do i just put the pictures in a smaller envelop with the forms? How did you include the pics and how did you group them (wedding, trips, honeymoon) how did you show different sets. I have written on the back of each pic. Is that good enough?
For the smaller photos, the photographer gave us a small envelope to hold them - I used that and a paper clip for easy access.
For the proof of relationship photos, I just used a normal photo envelope, so they are still loose for them to easily look at.
We arranged all our digital photos in a Word document file, and then just printed them out on a good colour printer on regular sized paper. So had around 2-3 pictures per page, with little captions underneath each one (date, occasion, what friends/family in the photo, etc).

We did what Rob_TO did. Our photos were all placed digitally into a Word document. We wrote our "relationship narrative" around the photos, meaning I started with when we met, then the first vacation we took together. Photo from vacation below that. Told about when we first met each other's family, the placed a photo from a family gathering under that. Explained why our wedding was small and informal, and placed a photo of our wedding below that. And so on.
I did exactly what you did .Photos in envelopes with name on back and where too , who was in the photo.I used a paper clip to attach them to the forms which they related too.
Any additional photos i labelled again with the applicants name date of birth , location who was in the photo, what year. I put all these in the additional proof of relationship folder .
