I suggest you to wait more.. people are getting their PPRs after atleast 2,3 months of their medicals (Although CHC guys have mentioned about 4 months before contacting them). I received after 4.5 months..

what happens to those applicants at later stage (In processing )who sent property valuation documents to London visa office. At what stage they are asked to liquidate the funds by selling their property.
how many days they give to sell it.
Secondly I did only purchase document with purchase value as value. this document was attested by notarized attorney. will it suffice or should I send valuation by independent companies also.
Thirdly what happens when your bank balance is less than around 20% as compared to declared balance. Do you have opportunity to fill it or a straight refusal come.
Please reply as I need this information very much.
You should be celebrating your PPR rather than worrying what happens to anyone else. Well since you ask, it is normal for ecas status to show IP after PPR. We've said it many time, ecas is just a guide and it's update depends on each visa officer handling your case.

The VO will not mandate you to sell your property. If it is a mortgaged property, you don't necessarily have to sell, you can re-mortgage to free up the equity as cash to bring with you to Canada. The decision to sell or not is entirely yours.in this case, they will usually request a current mortgage balance and current professional valuation from a registered surveyor to ascertain if you have enough equity on the property. If it is however an out rightly owned property, if and when you sell will be your decision. They may or may not also look for professional valuation from a registered surveyor. Either way, I suggest you wait for them to request before you send these documents. Not sure about the last question, can you explain?

A week after we got PPR as we had to wait for our son's passport renewal. It was received at LVO on 5th April.
Check your PPR, it should give you a deadline within which you need to send your PP to London, usually within 30 days.
Hahaha 2 mins after mentioning your passports and you got the call .. Congratulations 9j .. We have sent them 2 weeks ago .. On 1st of May .. Hopefully within the next 2 weeks we will get them back.
