The letter which came with Medical Request has written to allow us 2-3 months for further processing. So that means I can send CSE to LVO after 3 months instead of 4 months.
They are writng general time period and they may respond earlier or very late :-\
But one thing I beleive that many CSEs will not give you any advantage, I think after medicals wait atleast 4months then start asking
I sent CSE twice this month. First reply was casual but yesterday too I got the relatively better response. They now say that they will send the med docs for my new born shortly..
Not know what does shortly mean to them.. Fingers crossed

If they asked u to wait 2-3 months , then I think after 3 months you can send them CSE. I guess in your case that would be after first week of August. Usually what I know is tht they ask you to wait 4 months.
Anyhow if u want you can always send CAIPS, which will take another 6 weeks to be answered.

So with LVO all kinds of scenarios are possible!!!!

Yes, i have sent them CSE on 13th July. LBM confirmed me the receipt of medical and other documents. Further she said BC are in progress. Now it's more than 3 months of medical, thinking to send them a CSE in first week of August if needed be.

Hope you will get PPR soon, including me, I know many applicants being dealt by LBM. I am sure she will not delay without a reason and once background checks are over she will send ppr. One applicant got a reply from her to wait in the que in angry mode, due to repeated enquiries. I will suggest to wait for 4 months then ask.
Anyhow decision is yours.
