Urgent assistance and suggestions are required..

One of my friend got the letter asking for updated documents, police certificates, new borns document RPRF but no medicals two months back. The problem is that she is ready with the updated docs but has misplaced the original letter. They havle also asked the photocopyof the letter received by the applican as well. Now the deadline is just at the corner, wat should she be doing regarding the copy of the letter???

If you would like LVO to correspond directly with you and you no longer wish to be represented by any representative/person or firm, provide them with a signed copy of the form revoking the authorization of your existing representative. The form is available at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5476E.PDF Further information regarding the use of a representative is available at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/index.asp Until LVO have confirmation in the form of a signed form, They will continue to correspond with your authorized representative

I need an urgent help...

My representative has passed away a week ago. We have submitted our medicals and updated documents in May 2012 to LVO. Can I break the contract with the agent? Will LVO communicate with me directly? Is there any delay because of this incident?

Just send CSE to LVO and tell them the situation. You can leave the representative any time during your case processing. There won't be any delay due to this.

I sent a CSE last week and got a response from my VO saying that they have assessed our medical and it is valid till 8 march 2013. Also that they are sending my daughter's MR within august. I dont know if this counts as a med received, but please update if you think so.

The date when LVO receives your medical results sent by DMP. You can find the date from Courier tracking number provided by DMP. In your case you are not quite sure about it.

I got medical,RPRF and PPR request together, i did my medical 7/6/2012 and i sent RPRF last Friday i will send my pp next week,is there any security check.after this?I lost my passport and i am waiting the new one, can it affect my last process sending a new one? will i send police report together with passport? and how long it will take to get medical received line?

Normally it takes 3-5 months to get PPR.

The letter which came with Medical Request has written to allow us 2-3 months for further processing. So that means I can send CSE to LVO after 3 months instead of 4 months.

Tkts not yet, but checked and found Emirates around 81000 one way in October, PIA is similar,
