Hello JM,
I m new to this discussion. Have u got CAIPS notes? I have the same status like yours since 24th June. Sent E-mail to CHC London one week b4 and got the same reply like you. Till 2day haven’t got any letter or email 4rom CHC.
I would suggest you wait for the communication from CHC London. As per the feedback by applicants on this forum, it is a sign of rejection but please do not be discouraged and wait for the communication.
Thanks Rocky for your comment.
Seniors please share your experience. Are u people aware of any case that got the status of “In Process” after showing “Visa Office Eligibility Review Complete?”
Mine is rejection, though i havn't rcvd letter from London . I came to know through my CAIPS notes. I don't know the reason. It seems like my documents are not sufficient ..But for me and according to CHC requirmnts, it is quiet sure that I am 150 % eligible for Immigration . I am not going to let it go..Sorry that i couldn't post my status for a while ..but all u know ...how difficuilt this time is ...mmm now just relaxing with my family and waiting for the reection letter from CHC to know the reason .. Then i 'll proceed with my Case ( can't reapply ..but for sure will sent any kind of addtnl letters and explantn ..etc.. till I win ).. All the best to all
Hello JM
Bad news but keep your spirits high. Wait for the official reply and then write them explanation with supporting evidence (Take help from OP1&OP6 concerning procedural fairness). Can you guess the weaker points of your case? What kind of short comings the CAIPS notes are indicating? Share these things and let’s see how we can help you in explaining and defending your case.
Caips only shows PSDEC2 ( which means not eligible )... I don't have any i idea bout the rjection. I think it's becaouse of the Job expereince documentation. My consultant never asked me for the experience letters or refrnce lettrs from my current or prvs compnies., So i didn't submitted it. I just submitted my contract copies ( i am in UAE ) and my salary slips. ( this might me the reason ). But if they requested it ( as an additional document ), i would have sent it.
Hello JM,
Did you ask your “Idiot Consultant” about this negligence? Have you or your consultant received official reply from CHC about rejection? If not yet, I advise you to send your experience certificates immediately. Send them via E-mail, fax and Registered mail. As CHC has not notified you about their decision…I mean you haven’t received any official rejection letter, according to procedural instructions they are bound to accept documents. Do it man! If they will not accept it then go for the request of reconsideration. Hopefully things are going to be OK soon
Initially i thought i should wait for the rejection letter. But with u'r words i am gonna giv a try. Might be my rejctn letter is on the way.; still i am gonna send all detailed docmnts again before the reconsideration.
Can anybody help me for the further documentation. I am an accountant ( just having B Com ) with 8 years overall experience.. what kind of documents will help me to get out of this situation....?
Hi JM,
Nice decision. I will suggest sending 2 documents concerning your job experience;
1-A document as “ Experience letter”- mentioning your job joining date, salary & other benefits, your job id number, signed by concerned big boss on your company letterhead.
2-Another letter as “Reference letter” signed by your immediate supervisor or in charge mentioning your job responsibilities. He must write that you are working under his supervision from(date) till today and are performing these duties(make some points). He can also mention that anybody can verify these details from him. It should also be on company letterhead.
I am sure these documents are going to serve your purpose.
Hi JM,
Any update? Have you recieved the formal rejection letter from the CHC London? Did you send them the new documents? If yes, did they accept these documents? :-\
