no , no body call my employer
but all documents that i sent to London office was notarized by Foreign Ministry , even the hospital contract

I have to do the medicals in 60 days time.

Hearty congrats!! Pls inform me when you get employment verification call. My Ecas changed to in process last week and it says "we started processing your file on 19.08.10". I didn't got any verification call yet.

Hey... time taken for change of your status changed to in process is less compared to me... good...

All the best... wait for medicals.. which may come in another 3-4 weeks time..

Dear All,

This is a great tread spevialized for London Applicants.
Kindly note that I received approval from CIO on July 12 and I have to submit my complete docuemnts to London Visa Office. Considering I'm Syrian and I live in UAE, please advise on the following:

1 - BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Do I have to submit my original Birth Certficate? I have only one birth certficate which I cannot give it for good. Based on guidlines for London Visa office, I believe only Pakistanis shall sbmit their original BC! Is it acceptable to submit a notarized copy by Immigration Lawyer for my BC?

2 - NOTARIZED COPY: To provide notarized copy of documents? Shall I stamp it by the Canadian Embassy in UAE or Immigration Lawyer would be acceptable?

3 - SAUDI POLICE CERTIFICATE: I lived in Saudi Arabia for many years before moving to UAE. Do I have to get Saudi Police Certificate and include it with my application to London Visa Office or submit my application without Saudi Police Certificate and wait London Visa Office instruction. Kindly note that to obtain Saudi Police certficate, I need a Request Letter from Canadian Embassy addressed to Saudi Authority in order to issue the Police Certificate?

Hi,

1. You need to submit notarised copy of your BC only.
2. I think you have to get it certified by Notary. Pls check with others staying in UAE so that you will get proper guidance.
3. You need to submit PCC for all countries where you stayed more than 6 months.
