Can any one please give me any idea what does mean by this.

I sent medical on 11 Jan 2011 London VO. Received forms-application form, dependent forms, PCC and Right of landing fee on 11/2/11 and sent back forms on 12/3/11.
On my case enquiry on 3/4/11 got reply "File awaiting officer Review. You will be informed if more information is required."
Could you please comment what this means in light of when they may issue PPR. What is the stage of the application? Ecas shows "in process" since July 2009.

its mean first initial process has been done now your file will be trasfer to your Selected Visa Office..... where they will access your files again and if you fullfill the required points then your fille status will become in process....

I am confused "File awaiting Review". Does this mean that Background checks are completed. Medicals have been received. When application will be reviewed and will the PPR issued after review. Seniors please reply.

Here's my guess: your medical results have been processed and placed on file. Your background/security checks are also complete. Your file has now been placed in a queue for a final review. Once this review is over, you will hopefully be asked to send your passport(s) so visas can be issued
very good evening to you dear members today an unexpected thing happened i received a mail from chc icluding the medical forms and mentioning that as your medical will expire in may 2011 there is not enough time to issue your visa and they asked me to re do the medical again for me and my wife ?????
noting that i still have more than 6 weeks for my medical to expire and that i have a friend in london to whom i can send the passports and he can collect them back and that my wife is pregnant and she is not allowed to travel after 15/6 so i guess if we did the medical again we will get stuck till she deliver and do the medical for the baby and include him in the application which will take tooooooo much time so putting in consideration all this what do you think the best thing to do ???
abt ur case - i am quite in-experienced to opine but shedding my thoughts. I would advice you to write a mail to CHC London or even better call them and explain them your situation. I guess they will be able to understand your situation.
