My ecase is received by visa office. So, at this stage the process has not started yet. My points might be less than 67. Please confirm if the fees will not be refundable in this case...
I dont know which date CHC London will consider as a break up for Pakistani applicants... date of 2nd from Islamabad?? or date of shifting at CHC London (i.e 30th June, 2010) because normally cases at CHC London gets into process after 6-7 months ...anyone could share his/her perception

yes its not clear still that when our case will start, i think in jan 2011 we hear some news from chc london, because Ali green is the applicant who got his caips notes and on caips notes his BFD date is mid of nov 2010 and he submitted his documents on 5th may and got 2nd AOR on 21 may 2010.

If it has not turned to "In Process" you can still submit a with drawl request and you will get full refund BUT according to your timelines, you have received 2nd AOR therefore refund might not be possible anymore!! i suggest you post this query on the main board for more clear answers.. Good Luck.

My question was not clear. I mean that the visa officer may reject my file if my total points is less than 67. In this case my file will be closed and I have to re start the whole process. I am not sure if they will return back the fees if my file gets rejected.
The minimum pass mark is 67 and if your points fall below that criteria then yes, you will be rejected! ur fee will not be returned back but the original documents will be returned to you.

We also recieved a declaration to be filled out by my step sons biological father! We haven't had any contact with him for 7 years and have no idea of where he is or how to get hold of him. Also he doesn't have parental responsibility so not sure what to do! I'm going to email to explain the situation.
