Does anyone receive LMO from the previous application November 2013?

My LMO was approved. NOC Code is 6471 Live-in caregiver for Disabled adult, province is British Columbia. Feb 18 2014 was the time when my employer fax her paper to CIC and got a positive response and approval on March 5. On March 7, CIC courier the LMO to the address of my employer but up to this time we are still waiting for its arrival.
