They asked for 3 months latest one, when I submitted my application back in April, I did submit Jan-Apr ones.

seems they want updated information as they requested in Sep.

real question is still unanswered if its positive or negative sign? Medical passed then BVL and then next day review started?

April 2020 application filed online outside Canada

Additional document req & medical: sep 2020
Medical passed: Oct 6th, 2020
Biometric: Oct 20th, 2020
BVL: Oct 26th, 2020
Additional doc review started on Oct 27th, 2020

so doesn't know if they sends BVL before their decision or not. medical passed so lets see now

My experience is same in the noc code that related to thr job i got in canada.
My attorney said the visa office might mis understood in regards of noc code.

bro check up your noc duties here are they all matching with your employer reference letter which you provided to IRCC when applied
If yes then maybe u can reapply but consult with someone professional before take any action

you said you got decision on same day as of BVl received date, so refusal date is November 12?? What about medicals?
