lets see i just got to know new update

April 2020 application filed online outside Canada

Additional document req & medical: sep 2020
Medical passed: Oct 6th, 2020
Biometric: Oct 20th, 2020
BVL: Oct 26th, 2020
Additional doc review started on Oct 27th, 2020

so doesn't know if they sends BVL before their decision or not. medical passed so lets see now

My question is will they ask for medical, biometric or additional docs before approves my lmia or they request me after I submit work permit application
And any what is normal processing time these days (noc 7511)

They will ask for biometric , medical after you lodge your work permit application.
Work permit processing time from australia is 15 weeks now.

Mine lmia took 3 months

Applied in july 15 and got approval 15 october.

So when you applied for your work experience requirements did you just submitted tax returns ? Or you submitted payslips as well if u did then how many payslips?? Pls
And you shown full time experience or part time askin ths bcoz m student n working part time ?

For work experience you need to get a experience letter from your employer , 3 months payslips , bank statement that shows you got that much salary , tax return docs.

I am not sure about experience duration.... as per my knowledge it should be full time i.e minimum 30 hours per week.

Bro may i know what additional docs they requested from you.???

Tax document form 16, Pay slips and previous employment expereince letters. Pay slips was submitted but seems they need new updated one as file was loged in April.

Provided all docs. what i can expect now medical passed then BVL came then additional docs review started.

Bro.... form 16 is valid for India....this is tax document.....not applicable in australia....for you have to provide tax returns...
