Resident of New Zealand
Applied for closed lmia based work permit.
Got biometric validity letter on 12 november 2020. But no further reply

Any one on same boot.???

I received BVL on Oct 26th No update after that.

Approved in october

Visa application 22 oct
Bio metrics done 30 oct
Bvl correspondence 12 nov.

No update after that.....

They didnt asked for medical or pcc.

May i know from which country did you apply, and which office shows on your bvl???

Biometrics: Oct 20th, 2020
BVL Oct 26th, 2020.

per BVL it shows the Edmonton office.

Biometric: Oct 2nd, 2020

That is it. As per my CIC account, I don't need a medical or interview.
My question is what is BVL correspondence? I never received one. However, my CIC account says that my Biometric is valid till Oct 2030.
Do they send BVL in all the cases?

BVL is biometric validity letter that shows that your biometric details have been updated till that date.......that cic normally sends before their final decision on application.

Hopefully you will get one.

Yes Biometric Validation letter is important step as after that decision follows soon. some applicants gets BVL and PPR on the same day if approved.

BVL implies final decision (Approve/Reject) whatever it is has been made on your application.

I am not sure whether all of the applicants gets that letter or not but Majority does.

lets see i just got to know new update

April 2020 application filed online outside Canada

Additional document req & medical: sep 2020
Medical passed: Oct 6th, 2020
Biometric: Oct 20th, 2020
BVL: Oct 26th, 2020
Additional doc review started on Oct 27th, 2020

so doesn't know if they sends BVL before their decision or not. medical passed so lets see now
