LMIA Approved. But No Job Offer Letter

Dear Friends,

I need urgent help. I have LMIA, Work permit approved (and Visa Stamped) with my current employer and am working in the USA currently. Now they are refusing to give me a job offer letter since there is no project in Canada now. I want to claim 50 points under arranged employment. Is it possible to claim 50 points with LMIA approved, but no offer letter?

Btw, l have a letter from my employer to the Canada immigration for the work permit application which clearly states my roles, responsibility, pay, etc., Can i use that letter?

Any advice plz.

You have to have a job offer as LMIA is only a requirement for work permit and not PR
