Job offer letter for express entry

I am working on employer specific closed work permit(LMIA exempt) since last 3 years. My employer does not provide any additional written job offer letter to support PR application through express entry. Can I claim 50 points of job offer considering the fact that I have already completed more than 1 year on LMIA exempt closed work permit and my employer will be extending my closed work permit for one more year ? Or Does IRCC explicitly need written job offer of 1 year from employer after PR acceptance to claim those 50 points ?

A job offer is valid if your current or future employer:

• has made a written offer to give you a full-time, non-seasonal job for one year or more if you are accepted as a permanent resident and
• has a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada (or the job is LMIA-exempt)
