My bf is going to graduate next year, and planning to get married with me, so we can end the long distance.
But at the same time, he is planning to find a job in US once he graduate and wanna live there.
Since you can't sponsor your spouse while living in another country, is it mean he has to stay in Cananda until I get a visa?
Or he can still get a job in US, then I can come with him as his wife (without canadian citizenship)??
I don't really care can I get a canadian citizenship, we just wanna live tgt and I can work.

Canadian citizens are allowed to sponsor spouses for PR even if they live in another country. Only Canadian PRs must be residing in Canada to sponsor a spouse.
However if he's a citizen and is living in the US when he sponsors you, he will need to prove he intends to return to Canada immediately after your PR is approved. If he actually intends to stay in the US indefinitely, then you can expect the PR app will be rejected.
If his plan is to live in the US anyways, then there is no point in you applying for Canadian PR. Once he gets a valid work visa or green card to the US, he will be able to bring you to the US to live with him as his spouse. In this case you'll be following the US rules for immigration, not Canada's.
