if a canadian citizen living outside of canada but is planning to move to canada in a few weeks...if he was to get married or just stay as bf/gf stage whats the procedures of the canadian to get his spouse/wife to live in canada wit him...the spouse has a baby by a different guy the baby is bout 5 months old

If he wants to sponsor her and her baby, they must be married (or common-law which you must PROOVE). Bf/gf ?? ... nothing he can do.

There is paperwork for you (the sponsor) and there is paperwork for her and the baby (the principal applicant). She has to get all of her stuff and you get all of yours and then she sends her paperwork to you, where you put them together and mail them to mississauga as one package. once you are approved as a sponsor they will send her permanent resident application to whichever office it needs to be processed from (depends where she lives).

However you will need to be married if you have not been living together for at least 12 months. You can't sponsor her if she is only your girlfriend.

Yes, you can send all the applications to CPC Mississauga from anywhere in the world as long as you are able to provide proof that you intend to move to Canada (eg. Job offer, ties in Canada or property, etc)
