college did not require any fees in advance. So I will pay it after visa.
It is mention on college letter.
Our work is agricultural, so there is no tax system.
I don't have birth certificate and I think id card can work instead of birth certificate.passport
I have also attached copy of passport.

Is the IELTS mandatory for all Canadian embassy in all countries ? or it is in Pakistan and India ??
because it is not written in the check list of abu dhabi Canadian embassy

It is not mandatory even in India or Pakistan.

However, people include that just to show that they can survive in an english speaking country...that's all.

In which college did you take admission?
No, ielts is not require of embassy.
You can apply visa without ielts.
But, ielts is good for visa, as vo can think that how you will survive in English environment without having ielts,
so if you add ielts, it will work as tonic for your application.
