Dear buddy us
Many students are refused from pakistan that "your family ties in canada or country of residents"..... it is very logical point..............????????????
Because such students are unable to submite there FAMILY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE & BIRTH CERTIFICATS OF FAMILY MEMBERS or PICS or NICN..........
The VO think that there family member must ties in CANADA that's why there pakage is incomplete and refused ur case that he can not decided that "your family ties in canada or country of residents" so he is an 50:50 decision and may refused u......
Specially the Birth certificate of sponsor is compulsory..... if u are being sponsored by ur self.....show it FAMILY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE & BIRTH CERTIFICATS OF FAMILY MEMBERS or PICS or NICN........it will strengthen ur case....
Moreover, if your family member is in CANADA & support from there.....
so give his immigartion status, financial support papers and Bank statments, tax returns and property paper and work permit status, nationality status (if applicable), photocopy of passport, FAMILY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE & BIRTH CERTIFICATS OF FAMILY MEMBERS or PICS or NICN.........etc. must received from Canada from sponsors/relatives...........etc
my study was rejected on basis of 1.immigration status 2. family ties in canada..... 3. limited employment prospectus in your country of residence. should i reapply? i complete bachelor in computer enginnering. i am international student from pakisatn studying in cypyus. i applied for visa from cyprus. thanks plz reply me soon.
What does this statement means?
I have an aunty (father's sister) in Canada. She's not sponsoring me. Nor I will like to live with her. My father from Pakistan will sponsor me. So if the visa form or CHC asks me about any relative in Canada then what should I tell them.
Problem is that I applied for my aunty's new passport and in that application I gave them my NIC number, signatures, email adress, cell number. So their system must be having record that I have a relative in Canada.
So I think I should not tell a lie and tell truth.
