I applied on 31st July,my medical got updated on 31st Aug and today my review has started, let's hope we all get positive results soon.

HI everybody!
I just finished reading your discussion. I am Cameroonian and my stats are:
application submitted online June 12, 2017
instructions for the medical examination August 24, 2017 (i.e. over 3 months after)
status of the case so far: finalization.
I received an email saying that I'll have the answer very soon as they was just waiting for medical to end the treatment but seen as they don't respect anything in terms of time since, I'm afraid that's still too long.
notice that I was supposed to start at school for 28 August 2017 I able to push until 08 September 2017.
and I read that there are people who have received a positive response for weeks but have not yet the letter to go to affix the visa.
I'm afraid to miss it once more and lose my place.
This is very annoying.
I wish you all good luck and above all a lot of courage.

This is horrible. They took so long to refuse. Don't lose hope buddy. You will get it the next time. Just ask for the accurate reasons to cover them up before applying next time.
