True that. I always get processing in Bangalore office.. I have no much expectations left though, n my course has no Jan intake , everything is basically a mess

We are sailing on the same boat then. My course too doesn't count in Jan or May intake. So I don't know if they will defer me or no.

I tried reaching their facebook official page to find this following response.

Sir, I have applied for Canadian Visa on 14th July at VFS Hyderabad and am still waiting for my Visa. Also my medicals are not yet updated in your website. My classes will start from 6th of Sept and hence I request you to update for information if any.

Hi, please note VFS Global does not play any role in adjudication of visas. All visa decisions and handling time are at the sole discretion of the concerned Embassy/ Consulate.

I did, I mailed them n number of times , they are being cold hearted.. and next intake is in Sept 2018 which is not happening, stuck badly

Even I'm waiting.
My brother applied on 12th July and got it on 21st August. It took 28 business days, so going by that I should get it sometime this week too. :/

If your visa is denied or arrives really late, the college usually doesn't deduct any money. In case of denial, they refund the entire amount.
Unless you asked for an extension and assured them you'll join this session, you won't lose much.

You should call the college's international students department or admissions office and ask them. They might have deferred your course or taken another decision and not informed you.
The call isn't that expensive either (it's ₹8/min from Airtel) but it's worth knowing what's the hold up.
