Please did any one get just AIP without medical forms? I'm a bit confused ???
 
My mom got her AIP without the medical forms yet.

AIP recvd: Jan 2014
 
Julsen,

I received my medical request for dependants the following day thru email as well. Others received it after a few days the got the AIP, nothing to worry about congrats!:)
