I have read through some old threads on this subject but I couldn't come up with a clear answer. My girlfriend is a citizen of Poland and she just gained permanent residence in Canada at the end of May. She wants to travel back to Poland in early July but will likely not have the PR card by then. We are wondering if she will be able to get back into Canada without the card? She has the biometric Polish passport and is therefore visa exempt.
