Leave box blank or put N/A

I just have a small confusion. I am filling out the spousal forms and there are 3 forms in which I have to write my address (Sponsor) and the address of the PA.

The address boxes are :

P.O.Box
Apt./Unit
Street No.
Street Name.

Now depending on the country there might not be a P.O.Box or Apt./Unit #. In some countries there is not even a Street No.

So in this case should I just leave the box blank or should I write N/A inside of it ?

Blank. You wouldnt write N/A in an address
