How long does it normally take to get the landing papers after medical and submission of all documents viz. police clearance,etc ?
 
It really depends on where did you applied for immigrant visa. It takes about 2 years from Buffalo as I know but if you applied from Asian or some western European countries it may take 4-5 years. I would check the cic web site.
