Permanent residency processing time

Hello,

I applied for PR under quebec skilled worker category on 21Aug 2015. December 2015 I received email with my file number. Today 18 January I received email to pay "right of permanent residence fee". I did medical and police clearance upfront.

Does anyone know how long will it take from now to issue landing papers?
