Usually the IO will staple the form with your passport visa page as you will need it when you apply for Citizenship in Canada or if not you can keep that copy safe. It is a very important document.

No u dont have any such requirement. Just file the return and take a copy of that alongwith u as u have to declare the world income once u'll come to canada.
Will i have to provide my IT RETURNS when i am in canada..... I am taking 11,200CAD to canada..that's it...no other income ... Have sold the car that was on my name....?
