I could not wait and just called to IRCC - asked if there is any update since interview , agent get back to me after few minutes said - "No update, office is still working on your file". Is agents also has two days delay as tracker or not?

No - Agents see's the file as is and are not delayed

Calgary office is also very slow i have a friend who applied in may 2024 and still no AOR so if you have some kind of response or have taken a test trust that you are on the right path..

Oh man. That's very bad and disappointing. But the previous months sheets do show Calgary being slow. Edmonton seems to be fast and other offices in prairie provinces are good too

check the comment below. They called ircc line and rescheduled without much delay. In this case it seems the mistake/reschedule request is not yours so hopefully it's quick. They might send an email to the office to transfer file back to office in your location.

It's a big occasion. I would say it's OK if you have to fly and attend. If Rescheudling takes months it is stressful. Maybe spend weekend in Toronto and celebrate.

So we're expecting the actual invite email about a week out? So Oct 15 or so?
