June 2022 - Citizenship Applicants

Hi guys... its bit confusing to me. I am able to see "In process (language,background,physical presence,prohibitions)" status in the citizenship tracker but couldn't find in the ECAS. what does it mean ?

Tracker link: i can see in process - https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login

ECAS is for overall status
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_gra&lang=en&app=ecas
Status starts from Received , then goes to In Process and then Decision Made

Other tracker is for individual level status, you get all updates there.

My spouse had her BG check complete (aug 10), even she did not get test invite

Things are slow these days it seems

i think they wait until your bg check is clear.

I noticed that the activity slowed down since last week of August not only in June 2022 forum but also in March, April, May. July 2022 is lagging behind on ECAS changing to In Progress withing 40 days after AOR. Any thoughts on what's happening?

Not sure...Our BC is completed since August 10 and no Test invite yet....

Yea it looks like they slowed down on processing these days..You should get it soon..

Family applications were submitted by paper only until recently. IRCC have started group online applications as well
single adult application can be submitted online or on paper

As per the current trends, paper applications are faster. This can change going forward.

Yes,BG is complete for my spouse tho. Dunno if that counts for anything..?

Hi Friends, I got an update in the tracker yesterday with the test schedule, however haven't received the email yet. What is the average gap between the tracker getting updated and receiving the email to schedule the test.
