Online applications have very scary waiting time for AOR.

If we take Jan 2021's timeline, online applications are taking average of 175 days. Meaning, if you have filed online application on Jan 2021, you're receiving AOR in Jun/July 2021. Paper Applications on other hand got AOR's in 60 days,

Well paper application AORs are getting really delayed too. As at today, IRCC is sending AORs for applications received in the week of April 20. Now imagine how long June applicants will wait to get AOR.

Update : May 2021 applicants are getting AOR now a days.

I have not submitted 2 identification documents for child

I gave PR card and also Passport. Please help!

The PR card is not accepted as a Child Photo identification document.
Photocopy of two (2) pieces of personal identification.
Both pieces of identification should show the minor’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.
Examples include:
school record;
health insurance card;
a passport page containing their photo and personal details;
a hospital or immunization record may be provided.
Note: If there is information on both sides of the identification document, photocopy both sides.

You can use child passport biographical page and child health card.
Only one document need to have photo for the child

No it was not urgent
