You need to reset the password, you will also probably see a new update in your tracker that should be ignored as It is because of the update in the system, not the application.

It's probably a temporary error from the system, try to use another browser too just in case.

After several attempts it finally worked for me. Nothing changed on the application itself. Except for status labels colour and font.

Just noticed that the processing time for citizenship grant is now 25 months, earlier it was 26 months. Last updated on 10/12.

I received a "ghost" update on October 7 and nothing seems to have changed on my application.

Should I get my hopes up or is this simply because of the tracker being updated recently and our passwords being asked to be reset?

Ah! OK! I just got my hopes raised for a minute thinking it was a ghost update before realizing it was a system update! Thanks.

Don't want to kill the spirit, but it looks like every application got an "update" due to the changes to the tracker itself. I got it, my wife got it - nothing's changed really.

At last, we have something to chear

I created a new account on new tracker website and its showing old details with last update date as oct 7 which is when probably they entered all details on tracker. Status still same for me and my wife, only one citizenship test completed and that is more than 6 months wait game, we are both stuck in security clearance...
